Overview
A chat export is a dataset nobody has ever looked at properly: years of message timing, initiation, reciprocity and language between two people. BondGuru parses it entirely and turns it into a dashboard about the relationship, not the statistics.
It is the only project here where I also built the commercial machinery: landing, upload, processing, a free preview that has to be good enough to convert, a LemonSqueezy checkout, a success page that polls until the webhook confirms, and the results email. Spanish UI, mobile-first, because the traffic comes from TikTok ads.
